The scope of this position is responsible for developing new business, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relations with potential guests. Execute sales strategies and plans to reach and surpass the targeted room nights and average rate for the segments related to corporate sectors.
Follows up the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects. Focus on increasing the sale of M.I.C.E. business through maintaining regular contact with all existing accounts and identifying and developing new accounts. At all times, displays a professional and positive image of the property and plays a crucial role in the maximising sales and generating revenue.
